Hi Ms. Robinson, this is Aaron from Deutsche Bank. (71)I’m returning your call regarding your lost credit card. Sorry this happened to you while you are on a vacation. We’re doing everything we can to give you a new card as soon as possible. (72)I have cancelled your old card and an authorization form will be faxed to you shortly. Please fill out the form and send it back to me. After receiving your authorization form, I’ll send a new card to you by express mail. (73)It’s probably a good idea to alert the receptionist at the hotel that you’re expecting an important mail. That way you can be informed as soon as it arrives.
