多益金色證書必備核心文法

         1. leave(任由…處於某狀態) + O +Vi-ing (主動)

2. find (發現) + O +Vt-p.p. (被動)

• 三步驟解題

          第一步: 認出關鍵字leave與find (可能是過去式或過去分詞left或found)。

          第二步: 分辨選項動詞為及物或不及物。(*及物可加受詞，不及物不可加
                        受詞)。

                        例：1. cry (哭__?__，不可加受詞，為不及物動詞)

                                2. steal (偷__?__，可加受詞，偷錢/偷車，為及物動詞)

                                3. walk (走__?__，不可加受詞，為不及物動詞)

                                4. do (做__?__，可加受詞，做功課/做家事，為及物動詞)

          第三步: 不及物動詞加ing，及物動詞用Vp.p.

• 牛刀小試:

  1. After Becker had knocked repeatedly, he found the door ________. The superintendent

      called out  from the basement that he could  not be let in.

      (A) lock (B) to lock (C) locking (D) locked

  2. Sometimes when we brush our teeth or wash the dishes, we leave the water ＿＿＿

      without actually using it.

       (A) run (B) to run (C) running (D) run

• 解答步驟解析:

  1. 正確答案為(D)

      第一步: 認出found

      第二步: 選項動詞lock (鎖__?__，可加受詞，鎖門/鎖車，為及物動詞)

      第三步: 及物動詞用Vp.p.

 2. 正確答案為(C)

     第一步: 認出leave

     第二步: 選項動詞run (流動;跑__?__，不可加受詞，為不及物動詞)

     第三步: 不及物動詞加ing
